1. How do you make them? Do you make a lvl 20 beginner and then become a Cygnus Knight or do you get ur job advancement at lvl 10 and then become a cygnus knight at lvl 20.

u just use a character u alraedy have tahts lvl 20+ to create a cygnus knight. Itll create a new character taht starts off at lvl 1 and u can advnace at lvl 10

step 1: Log on to ur main. it'll be straightforward from there
