E wand penalty to bishops?

Im guessing dragon staffs should inflate and e/wands stay the same or deflate.

Umm I still think lukless > luk still. The more int the better. Sucks for Bishop, but better for I/l and F/P AMs. Now my 12 int 102 m.atk shine wand is going to be more expensive now

Lukless with a Shine/Wisdom is still better.

Well Nexon had a long time to change this mistake, but they just had to go and change it now when the wands are nice and common for everybody
