So I watched the first episode of Elfen Lied

In the first 10 min all I saw was a naked girl with a helmet killing people. The rest of it was a little more interesting, but not much. Does it get any better, or should I just watch another anime? (Suggest a few for me to watch?) Edit: Okay, you guys have convinced me to continue watching it. o_o Its only 13 episodes anyways. :/

Both Higurashi/Umineko no Naku Koro Ni are great series, though the latter is in progress and only 4 episodes are out as of today. Although you can never go wrong with Gurren Lagann. Never.
