What attack is used with Sudden Attack. Im not sure what attack could be used in DS, except for assassinate.

I believe it's similar to Windbreaker's Windwalk: You go into a Dark Sight state and when you come out of it (Use a skill or an attack), the damage dealt by the attack will be slightly higher than usual. OPPS! Didn't read it fully : I believe all attacks can be used in-chain with sudden attack.

so you use a skill to cancel out DS? This doesn't work for Adventurers DS.

Yeah, that's pretty much what it is. It doesn't work with Adventurers because it isn't a skill that adventurers have but a Cygnus will.
