wtf now my mule is blocked

OMG.... what the helll i have never played maple with my mule.... i just logged in with my mule since my main god banned for no reason.. and i was just talking to my guildies/friends and it says blocked cuz of misconduct... (AGAIN !) believe or not.. i never played this char.... and never talked to ppl except today... i made this mule 8months or so ago.. and logged in like 5 times.. mayb less and i logged off to see my main agen.. and it was blocked.. of course and tried to log in my mule and says blcoked for misconduct.. LAMO.. is it just some kind of error?
