Ok this is what happened to me i log on did 1 apq when went afk in fm to make some cash. i was afk for like a good 3 hours, i come bak i close shop, exit fm then logged off. About 3 hours i come bak to do a apq and BOOM banned for miscondut im like wtf. im not really pissed about the patch and CK its the 2x event im kinda mad about cause i was going to 4x. So i got hit with ban i guess for afking in fm. If u got banned ur not alone, i got banned until the 7th. And to any1 that doesnt know if u did get banned ur off the rankings now.........sad

It'd be so funny if Nexon's finally cracking down on all the rude ass behavior tickets, and they're reviewing all the history. That would mean you coulda got banned for something you did 3 monthes ago, delayed-heavy-hitting Karma much? :D
