People can curse without themselves knowing it. Like how almost everything is censored. E.g. Smega: "Are the Agent equip s perm anent?" "I'd rather be a Hobo th an a L oser."(It's the Guild Hierarchy for my guild.) Those things get censored and the user doesn't know it because we can't see if our text is censored.

I think they are referring to the perma bans they post every week. That post was from 3 hours ago (4:30ish) Most people that got temp banned were banned around 5:30
