GMT = Greenwich Mean Time, EST = Eastern Standard Time. Both are timezones and you can use both. The way the hours might be different EST in GMT is GMT - 5.

Seriously dude that is the worst title i have ever seen you sound very foolish. However I'm not from ontario but I believe the majority of it is EST. Some is definitely CST though so yeah. No matter what it's not GMT that's in england it stand for Greenwich Mean Time EST or rather EDT is GMT - 4.
