My guild mate has been scammed

My guildmate CaiLmejim was scammed by the player upLow (Our server is Bera, watch out for this guy if you are a leecher). I am only making this thread because there is currently no way to report upLow or to get some help in game with this new alert system. The scernario goes as this: CaiLmejim was attempting to buy leech from upLow for 13million mesos per hour. Jim offered to pay by the hour and planned to buy 4 hours total. upLow refused the offer and demanded that CaiLmejim pay the total up front. Cailmejim was in a bind because he had already purchased 2x exp for leeching and needed the leech quickly. Unable to find another option at the time Cailmejim pays the entire 52million at once. upLow accepts the money and procedes to log off immediately, denying CaiLmejim the opportunity to report. Is there anyway that Nexon or a GM can be notified to look into this matter, because the current alert system requires a message log, one that CaiLmejim no longer has. EDIT: Please refrain from giving criticizing opinions. I just need helpful feedback to my question so my friend can deal with the situation. If you cannot provide then do not post.

how did it deny the opportunity to report? he could have just clicked the button in bottom right its obviously too late to do aynthing now if he has no proof
