Self explanatory. I have no proof that I was ever born. :I Also, when I looked at it(BEFORE HE LOST IT), under the section where my father should be, is not my father's name. It is blank.

my parents lost mine once. then i lost it once. 25$ replacement fee iirc, in canada anyway.

As long as you know which hospital/clinic you were born, they should be able to make you a new one, or at least send you a copy. And if you were never born, you wouldn't be typing in caps
