Well, not really. Just a few morale/legal questions. A kid tried to splash water at his mom but got all over me, and in spanish the mom said haha u threw water all over the kid. I do know spanish and english, so I heard that and the kid just laughed his head off while walking. So I mimicked him and laughed just like him. Then the mom was like, 'what, you dont laugh?' I replied, 'not if someone splashes water on me.' At that point, she should have told her son that he should say sorry. But then she said 'guess you really dont take baths'. I said that 'yep i do, u shud try it one day'. She got mad and starting cursing and she threw an arizona ice tea bottle at my and it went all over me. I was so angry and I took the bottle and was half way at throwing at her when a bystander held my arm and said just ignore it. Info: Shes probably 3x years old, im 14. Shes 2 times my size (width), and almost my height. My questions are: A) Is it illegal to throw the bottle back at her? B) Is it morally right/wrong to throw it back? Opinions also please.

Doubt it's illegal. You shouldn't be encouraging further conflict.

Yes throwing the bottle back would of been illegal. Morally: She is mexican so she has no feelings. Go ahead and throw the bottle and smash her face.

Its ilegal. It dosen't matter who started it or ended it, you'll both get in trouble. Good for the bystander to stop you. hulk

yeah brah, assault brah. morally i'd say it's so wrong to throw a bottle at a mother. maybe at some prick who's trying to steal your car, not a mother with an unruly kid. :s

Some people would say it isnt moral right to go down to someone level and its legal to do it unless you continuously do it which is harassment.

Yes, if you threw it and hit her with a bottle, you could be charged in a court of law with "assault" or "battery" Self-defense argument would not work because at the time you threw it, you were not defending yourself.
