I'm lvl 72, and my base dex is 111. When do I cap it?

I think around 100 ish. Im a low dex shad with 50 base.

capping now is good just get enough equipts to get ur dex to at least 130

No offense but your dex is too high.... it should be 60-80.

Im 50 base and i have 150 dex total. Shouldn't be that hard.
