Is the patch on July 30th or 29th?

I'm aware that for PDT its 12am, which means July 29th, but why does it say 30th for GMT? Wouldn't it be 7:00am July 29th for GMT, since its only 7 hours ahead? o.o

The actual time for GMT is 7:00am - 3:30pm on Wednesday, so the patch is in 8 hours and 6 minutes.

@ Above ye hopefully i wanted the patch tonight so badly. If they get there own time wrong (where their American headquarters is located) srsly.
