I was roaming free market today looking for crap, that I could resell. When I saw icys for around 40k-100k. When all other stars including Mokbis were like 500k+. This is kradia, is there a special place to buy icys or what?

CWK potion guy sells them for 4k, but you have to do a long chain of quests before you can buy them at that price.

Start the quest (Deadmans Gorge), and i believe its *Fallen Woods* or something near that.
