Can someone tell me what this means? I can not play maple because of this error

i had this for a day to, and then i tried it then next day and i was able to play, i dont know hat it is, just try to play again tomorrow.

You should check if there is no firewall blocking maplestory applications. I had the same problem like it was my netlimiter firewall that blocked maplestory.

Go into your hacksheild file and press HSUpdate.exe

I got the same problem... and i tried that go to Hshield folder and click HSupdate.exe thing -_-

I opened the hackshield.exe thing and it didn't seem to do anything -.-

An other option is to delete all the hackshield files. They should refresh if you restart maplestory again. There is a chance, that it might work.

I had the same thing happen to me. I just took my flash-drive which had maplestory on it, plugged it into my laptop, updated it and plugged it back into my computer. It works fine. If you don't have a laptop or another computer, try re-downloading all of maple :S
