Password problem

I've tried typing in my pw to the log in and it says wrong password. Then I pressed find p/w and it sent me a p/w in my email and I followed what it told me to do. Next I tried to type in the generated p/w and it still says its wrong. Can anyone help me out? (and no I am not going to give out my log in id)

The same thing happened to me after I was hacked. I kept trying the temporary password that they gave me; but it didn't work. So I logged a ticket on the Nexon site and after a few days a GM looked it over and fixed the problem! :D

Also at nexon how come changing the password doesn't work. I keep getting nexon 404 error each time i enter the info

i've figured it out thanks ppl. But now the problem is in the nexon website i cant change my password. After I logged into the passport and went to change pw it keeps sending me to ( The web page you are looking for cannot be found. If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact technical support.)
