If you've been through the MPQ recently you might have noticed hackers doing the jump quest instantaneously I logged on to write this thread the moment I entered a MPQ where my party leader was actually taking advantage of this, or actually hiring a hacker to allow the party to enter the PQ, get through the first two stages, and then having the hacker do the JQ to get the 20k exp, and since the PQ auto kicks you for some reason, they just started up again. Can the party members be punished for this? In my opinion this is almost as bad as using the illicit programs themselves, and the non-hacker should also be held accountable. But I aslo see this as unfair, as what if someone is involved in such a situation without their knowledge? Just now I was kicked from a pq because a hacker entered, did the JQ, and then I got booted from the pq-- fifteen minutes; gone. Now that may not seem like alot, but when this is your main training outlet, that adds up to alot of time wasted if you get kicked out every time. Not only am I questioning accidental cases, but this is something I'm experiencing for the first time. It's really a notion of how ethics have slipped over the past few years. I've always held moral standard in the highest regard, if I feel that if your amiable, you should be honored for your actions. I also feel that should you not take others personal state into regard, that you should be frowned upon. I personally believe that if hackers want to play the game using hack programs, they should find another game, or atleast another path (other term was censored by the chat filter) that does not to subject others to the repercussions of their actions. This seems to be a whole new section of rule violation... So I ask the Basil, who are also Maple members: What is it you think that Wizet, Nexon, or Ahnlab (if they should even be included) should do to? Please try to include in your post a statement regarding the accidental entrence to these parties

It is against the ToS. They are held accountable to partying with a hacker for personal gain like this.

Well, in my opinion the entire party should be held accountable; but there will always be those accidental cases in which someone that didn't know will get banned.. This is fairly recent, maybe it'll get to a point soon where it'll be like OPQ where people would spam in ch1 that they wanted to glitch. :S

report them?

The game is easily exploitable and most hacks are difficult to trace as long as they are not used in public. Additionally, the notion of remote communication with strangers without disclosing one's identity tends to devalue etiquette among players.

koedrange, they usually have a alert blocker, like when you try to right click em and hit alert gm it says "trade request denied" or "jr request denied" you have to use the bottom right siren, and still reports are useless unless your in the same map :

I couldn't have stated it any better. @ Post Above: They don't have an alert blocker. That's actually a glitch of the game from the recent patch/SC. Try it on any player, it won't work. The "Alert GM" key when you right click is actually the "Add Junior" key. I've tested it on multiple people in CPQ.
