Pokemon Diamond! Which pokemon deserves the master ball?

Heatran, Regigagas, Giratina or Cresselia. I already have Registeel, Regice, Regirock, Azelf, Uxie, and Mesprit. I will try and catch all four of the choices, but I only have one masterball so which one should I use it on. Right now, Im thinking Cresselia, since it flees, but I can use wobbafet (Has a special ability preventing fleeing), or a Golbat with Mean Look. Summary: Of the four choices, which one should i use the masterball on.

Well you can save in front of all of those and catch them in an ultra ball, other than Cressilia. I would say Cressilia

I caught Mesprit and Cresselia on my first quick balls. Every other legendary I caught on a pokeball.
