So how do i do this quest? People say that you have to do all the NLC quests to activate this quest, while other say you have to do some specific quests to activate this quest. I didn't do any of the NLC quests so how do i activate this quest?

Well to get the Deputy Star, you need to do the 4 Bounty Hunter quests from Lita Lawless (30 Lucky Charms, 30 Soiled Rage, 1 HH Head, and 1 BF Toe). I'm not sure if you need to do the other NLC quests to start those, but I do know those are the 4 you need to do.

You should be able to start the Bounty Hunter quests without doing any other quests. As long as you're past lvl 40 that is.

Hidden Street has this quest in its database, you know. Step one - Fool's Gold - Required level: 40 Collect 30 Lucky Charms from Leprechauns Step two - Rags to Riches - Required level: 70 Collect 30 Soiled Rags from Elderwraiths Step three - One Step A-Head - Required level: 75 Collect 1 Jack O'lantern from the Headless Horseman Step four - Catch a Bigfoot by the Toe - Required level: 80 Collect 1 Bigfoot's Toe from Bigfoot Step five - Bounty Master - Required level: 80 Talk to Lita Lawless again to get a silver deputy star Note: Steps one through four are repeatable, but you only need to do them once. I'm pretty sure step five isn't repeatable, but I don't know for sure. Note2: I forgot to write, you get them all from Lita Lawless in New Leaf City. lol

You need to do the following quests: Bounty Hunter Rags to Riches One Step A-Head Catch a Bigfoot by the Toe Once you finished these quest; 'Bounty Master' quest will activate then after that talk to Lita again and she'll give you dep star
