Does anyone know exactly how rep is calculated? ex: how much % you need to gain before 20 rep is recorded to your senior,

idk, but i do know that if you pass up your senior, whatever rep they get from you is halved. Kinda amusing to me.

Low levels = 1% = 20 Rep. Tried it. Higher levels is different because I got 2% on DK and my hermit got nothing.
pokemon08 07/27/09 + PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT

depends on lvl also.

Take your EXP, divide it by your level, and you get the rep intervals (ex. if you are level 100 your sr gets rep every 1%) And when you level, its your previous level x 10 So, each level your JR gains, you get their levelx30 of rep. Thats what I believe , as i did some low level experiments and came up with this.
