Go to NLC and then go all the way left and talk to the NLC Taxi you will go to the haunted mansion, then you go left past the Taxi and into the portal there are little money bags those are the leprechauns

ask the lucky charms guy, he should know where his cousins are hiding lol ^_^ if that fails, go to the end of a rainbow lol ^_^ if that fails, go to nlc and go to crimson wood and kill some leprechauns there lol ^_^ if that fails, draw a leprechaun and then stab the paper hard with a sharp pencil or pen lol ^_^ if that fails......ummmm....................don't know o.O oh, you can try /find leprechauns lol ^_^
