Why isn't cannibalism legal?

I mean if it was then people could just take anesthesia right before the feast and its like an easier way of suicide. I for one am fine with cannibalism and it seems very natural since chinese people eat tiger wangs. I know there's a difference between china and the U.S butttt still.

Well,if cannibalism WAS legal,think how many sickos would gather people to fight in a arena and the last survivor leaves.And then they eat the rest. Oh well. Well,human flesh isn't that digestible,you know.So no no human,go chickens.
