Okay I was doing this quest on the Pink Flowery Tube. I finished it and Agent W came up. I talked to him then I talked to the other one where you need to talk to, to get out. I d/ced and when I came back on I talked to him again and I was in Henesys. Before I was in Singapore... a Glitch?

Yes, its a glitch that I found a long time ago. I use it to get back to Vic cause I'm to lazy to fly on the plane.

Yeah the same thing happens to me. I actually used to use it ot get from singapore to henesys.
