My base dex is 80 right now, but im planning to use AP resets. My END-KNUCKLE is my 98/14 fangz. So where's a good place to cap my DEX if i want to be LOW DEX?

i would say as lowest as u can........

if you can afford it, then 20 base. if not then base+equips=90
