A good gaming laptop?

I'm getting a new laptop soon and i want one that is good for gaming.But since i'm the loser at computer I have no clue what is good and what isn't. It has to be a laptop because i move houses alot and don't have time to set up a desktop.

I got no warranty (I'm still mad at my mom), and this was 1 month ago. I think in Canada, it is $1100 base, + 14% tax = some number I'm too lazy to get I think it'll fit in your budget. Don't forget the warranty though, it's VITAL! Hope I helped =] I have it, and I can tell you all about it if you want =]

Err not familiar with laptops. All i kno is laptops aren't really built for gaming. By the way, which games are you trying to play?
