You got hacked 'again'? "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". Learn how to protect your account information, play it safe and don't trust strangers. You can try making another account and then submit a ticket to Nexon, they might be able to recover your account, but most likely, the person who 'hacked' you stripped your characters of all items.
