Hi all, I recently got my fighter to lvl 50 and had a few questions about getting a zhelm at this level. In a nutshell, does getting ur zhelm at 50, adding an approx 15int, increase ur mp every level up, even by a small amount, or does it have no difference? Because as all warriors know, our mp is lack luster (i have 317 mp with no equips). If it does effect our total mp, then I will want to make sure i get the helm asap, otherwise ill just keep lvling quickly and get it later when im bored. Thanks for your responses.

MildAssassinIt's not everyday that I see a Warrior concerned about his MP. However, to answer your question, I believe that the MP increase per level is affected by the skill Improving MP increase and BASE int, therefore any additional int gained from equips does not increase the amount of MP we warriors get per level.

Yes it does, I'm pretty sure .

i dont think so. i think the onli way MP increases is when you lvl up. i hav lik 900 mp. but that is because im a dk, and hav HB.

lol 2 conflicting opinions D: If it was to effect it, is that 13-17int gonna do anything? Or is it unimportant (keeping in mind our low mp) Can someone confirm MildAssassin's comments about BASE int and not equips increasing mp? Cheers.

MildAssassinWell it would make sense to assume that it is base int --not total int-- that affects how much mp each character gains per level. Otherwise, anyone can just wear int-gear before they level and receive mp bonus per level (although the only classes that would benefit from high MP are mages, seeing as other classes' MP consumption aren't as high compared to them).

Well that is exactly what i would have thought, expect that yes it does work. I used to know a very funded hunter who hp washed and had massive amounts of int equips (120+) for when he leveled up to increase his mp. Unless something has changed im inclined to think it still works. Correct me if im wrong =[]

your mp increase is determined on your base INT, not on the bonus INT that a Zhelm offers.

bgpeychoff said: " people buy int gear so they can take points out of mp to put them in hp..." I cant be bothered to go to that extreme point , but will the 15 or so int from zhelm make a difference, and therefore make it worth getting one asap?

Fail, Why do you think people use INT equips to wash ? 10int = 1mp per level up.

INT with equips DOES affect your MP, however, with a Zakum Helm, you will only get 1 or 2 extra MP per level up.

So in summary its not really worth it? However at 1.5mp per level, by lvl 100 (assuming u got it at lvl 50), thats 75 extra mp? Im really not sure =S

Errr my newest DK at lvl 76 has about as much MP as my lvl 93 DK. o-o I got the 76 Dk a zhelm at lvl 50 but my 93 DK doesn't have one at all. The only MP equips that the 93 DK has is the dark emporer that gives 20 MP and the broken glasses that give 22 MP on my 76 DK. Idk, maybe my 93 DK just has an insanely low amount of MP. xD
