Right now i am a lvl 65 hybrid f/p. When i get to lvl 78, would it be faster to train whre i should be training, or would it be faster if i leeched at harps form a lvl 128 i/l?

Leeching is always faster. I'd pick that if you're into speeding though those levels.

Mist training > harp leech/ any other leech until skelies ;O. At lv 8x, if you have enough hp, just start misting at skeley mini maps.
