How long before 70?

Hey guys! I have a lvl 52 gunslinger. I want to get to 70 quick. i can play 3-4 hours a week (asian parents lol) and I'm getting a little impatient. I have about 11 mil of funding and I can buy SoK. I also have two lvl 4x characters. I'm thinking of getting 150 mil buy selling glasses and leeching for a while. Good idea? If not, please give me some suggestions. I can also grind if the exp is fast. How long would it take me?

If you don't mind grinding, I suggest you go to Roid/Neo Huroids in Magatia. Once you become experienced with Wings and Recoil Shot, you should be able to train in there without burning too much HP pots saving you some mesos. I managed to get from level 53 to where I am now during the last week, with say about 3~4 of grinding daily.

Oh I forgot to mention, this included the 2x EXP event that Nexon gave on Fridays. But I heard from somebody there's going to be another 2X EXP event after the KoC patch. Just a rumor though, correct me if I'm wrong.
