I was chatting with a friend last night, and determined that it was better that everyone know the truth beyond what has been happening in the past several months on this website. There are too many coincidences, too many incidents, and too many gaps in your knowledge for it to be acceptable to me, morally. It's unfair that you don't know this stuff. Everyone should go into every situation with the most knowledge they can possibly have, to withhold information is rude and unnecessary, because opinions cannot be formed properly without information. And everyone deserves a properly formed opinion. Sometime at the end of last year, the moderation team gained another member. The time of large additions had ended, only one had been added since the last addition to the original team, that being myself. This new addition entered our ranks with the approval of almost all the then current moderators. This moderator was KazooTheBat. KazooTheBat was a good kid. We were excited to have him on board, and he was excited to be there. He was enthusiastic and approachable. But we did encounter one problem with Kazoo, and this was that he was awkward when reaching out to other moderators for assistance, a keystone of modding. To function as team, we all remained in constant IM conversations, helping each other and dealing with problems as a large group. Because a group can check each other, acting as one unit instead of individuals. Kazoo claimed shyness in this regard, and we tried to encourage him to reach out to us while modding. Since he hadn't received any sort of training period, keeping in contact became doubly important. Follow me to Profil3, because only there can I say what I need to, what's necessary to say, and it's fair too lengthy for Basil's parameters Just in case. Hmm, I read through that and i don't know if you meant it, maybe you did and thats why you left it off basil, but it seems like you're insinuating that that one person was mostly at fault about him stepping down? if my memory serves me right, then i'll admit it and say i'm pretty sure i'm one of the people that observed him and had thought he was kind of biased. :/ i don't remember the specific situation, but it wasn't probed out of me to think that way,i guess it was just how some situation was laid out and as a viewer it didn't seem right to me. if that's a misconception then thats my fault :/?

I love how the way you wrote that it sounded like a soap opera. But I liked it, you're a very good writer, and I had no idea Basil was so messy since I just came back to see how the forums have changed.
