I Don't like Agent Chaos scrolls

I scrolled my invincible agent suit. previously +2 everything and 10 hp or something now +1 everything and 40 hp Worse for my friend He got a leather work glove. (yeah wasted 50 hours) scrolled it until it had no slots. 0 atk. he just scrolled his temp earrings for fun. 1 luk 2 dex or something like that do you get lucky with those agent chaos scrolls?

I have an 11DEX(I think)/18INT/5LUK Agent Suit. I got pretty lucky with that. My permanent earrings went from 2/2 to 0/0 on the first slot though ]:

I had my permanent leather gloves +5 weapon attack 3 slots left. My friend messed around with my account and decided to use my agent scroll on my gloves and it gained +3 weapon attack. 8 attack 2 slots left :D

My Titanium Receiver is 6 dex, 9 Luk, 0 slots. Not too bad.

Didn't bother wasting my time on it. Got one Chaos scroll from the Today's mission. I had to get that badge from the minidungeon. Scrolled that receiver hat, got like +1 INT or something.

agent chaos scroll is somewhat good. but it's basically luck when your scroll it....
