I just got a new computer a few hours ago, and I have an ipod full of songs that I would like to transfer. Does anyone have a program that can do this?

If the songs aren't bought with iTunes, you have to import the folder they're in. It should work, but I've never tried it.

When you plug your ipod in it should copy only the songs you BOUGHT from itunes to your library. Others you need to back up and restore on new comp.

This works, unless you have an iPod Touch. but if you have a classic, just go to properties and tick show hidden folders, then go to music (it should be transparent or light) If it's an iPod Touch you'll need a program.

You don't need a program at all. Open up My Computer and make sure hidden files and folders can be seen. Plug your ipod in and you should see a new storage device appear. Click it, copy the music folder inside and paste it into where ever you want your music on your computer. The files won't be properly tagged, but once you add them back to itunes they will fix themselves.
