Get your end game Bow and look at STR requirement, Minus the Zhelm,Dep star, Equip, Etc... And there goes youe Str capping.

lol. When I read the title, I was thinking "never?". Cap it when you get your final bow. Also consider your str equips.

ok so for example u need 115 str for a dragon shiner[110 bow], and u want it to be your last bow, then including equips[zhelms and such] make ur str = 115, and no more than 115. and yeah dragon shiners are getting rarer now a days. in bello at least.
