To start off, If your planning to flame... Leave right now, because you are not welcome. You don't even deserve a comment in a subject you know nothing about. Sorry, I have been dealing with alot of flamers recently, and I'm still a little hot. So If you are into speed cubing, please post your Unlucky Personal Best (Just so I know your Skill Level), and post anything else you would like in relation to this subject. If you have any questions about Speed Cubing feel free to ask. ;D For the record, My PB's are: LUCKY: 14.92 UNLUCKY: 16.73 AVERAGE: 22.38 And for people that are interested in how.: Check out Dan Brown's Video (youtube) on how to solve one. You WILL NOT get even close to 20 seconds with this method. Even with an improved version, you will only reach about 30 seconds. In order to get even close to Sub 20 Seconds, you must learn the Full Friedrich Method. Which consists of 80 or so Algorithms which take a LONG TIME to learn. It has taken me around a year to learn all of them, after already being a experienced cuber for about a year. What you must learn: Last Layer Orientations Last Layer Permutations The 1st layer Corners and 2nd Layer Edges can be done intuitively or using algorithms: F2L

Speed cubing is annoying, my record is 2 hours, and my friend can do it in 30 seconds.

I use it as something to do once my work is done in class. Or while I'm waiting for people to finish after a test. Its kind of funny, I get 1 of 3 reactions when people see me solve in under 20 seconds. 1: "WOW that was amazing, tell me the secret" (There is no Secret) 2: "Psh, I can do that in muh sleep" (I doubt they could do the 1st layer awake) 3: "Ew, Rubik's cubes are for nerds" (If you mean nerds as in, Intelligent people who will later become very successful in life, Yea sure) Stunned, Jealous, or Complete Ignorance >.< *Moved How-To to Topic Post...
