Where do you get this water bucket cape? Its lvl 0, I dont know what the stats are but it looks like a water bucket that hangs on your back This is not an nx item because I have seen it being traded.

It's called Waterworks Cape. Only seen 2 ever, 1 of them was bought by my friend and resold for 130mil or so and the other... no idea o_o It's probably from some gachapon no one uses which is why it's so rare xD

In GMS data, it has cash as a 0 so MSea`s must be for something different. Same IDs though.
