Okay yes I leech. Does it make me a bad person? Not really. I don't know why I should feel bad for leeching. And why can't people stop judging me? I level 3 times a day, but that's not what you should be concerned of. A lot of maple players care too much about being legit in this game. Buying mesos from meso sites are "big no-no's". Leeching? They say it's for lazy/unmotivated people. They tell everybody else leechers do not deserve the experience. Well if that's what you think, then don't leech. Do what is right in your eyes, but don't force me to agree with your thoughts . Do you want to grind for 6 hours and gain 2 levels? Or would you rather leech for 4 hours, while you're outside flying a kite, and gain 2 levels? I don't know why many maple players take the "legitimacy" in an online game so seriously. Why don't you become more legit in life? Study harder, find a job, learn how to drive, play a sport, help people that are in need, entertain your friends, read some books, instead of grinding for 6 hours at skelegons. If you are legit in life, congrats, but don't flame, because you've lost nothing reading my opinions. These are only my opinions, you might think differently, but it doesn't really make a difference to me. Edit: Okay guys i'm not really familiar with the "flying a kite" joke. what's so funny about it? Edit 2: OB3LISK said: " Too many of you dam leechers act like pro non leechers, and expect people to recognize you as pro and someone who should be respected. Go back to level 1." well you missed my point. most leechers i know act like normal players, but it's maplestory, there are many morons out there whether they leech or not. you care, and that is your downfall. my intention is to proclaim that i don't give a damn about legitimacy in an online game . zero223 said: "I agree with you. I've been playing for four years, but I am only level 121. But so what? That's my choice, I chose not to leech. It has nothing to do with you, or anyone else. And you leeching has nothing to do with me, or anyone else, except probably your leechee of course. The only thing that ticks me off is when people (especially friends or guild members) tell me I level slowly, while they gain a level or two an hour with leech. The only thing I have to say to these people is: don't expect me to congratulate you on gaining a level from leech." thank you for an existentialist's point of view. seitaro said: "You talk about it like you hate the game. Why not just quit? You apparently would pay your in game money just to not play the damn game." no. i like the game, because i like the adventures, but not the grinding nor the e-pain. i like experiencing with my new skills, and the maps i never visit. demimatsui said: "nothin wrong with leeching. the house your living in right n

Abolition2 said: "if rather spend my mesos on good quips and grinding is fun when u like ur class and skills :D" I rather spend my mesos on leech to get a higher level when you get most of your skills and don't lose any mesos.I merchant and leech so I gain mesos still. Alot of mesos left to buy "godly" equips.

There's nothing wrong with leeching, but I personally prefer not to leech.I play MapleStory only to pass 2 or 3 hours of my time. And I am slowly reaching my goal in the game.I can afford leech to probably 20chars from lvl1-120.But I like more the feeling that I earned my own exp.And who said those people who don't leech train 6hours in skelegons? lol only addicts play that much.

leeching is fine but i'd rather actually play the game. I dont see the point of having someone else do it for you... Thats why i play the game, i find it fun to play . If i just wanted a high level character i'd play a pizza slice. To me it has nothing to do with being legit, but with having fun.

I don't mind people leeching, as long they don't start up comparing with my level, which is... irrevelant. -_-"

I don't think it's wrong to leech every once in a while; I've done a little bit of leeching myself. But seriously, where's the fun in doing nothing but leeching? You're missing all of the game's content if you do nothing but leech!

demimatsui 07/26/09 + PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT
nothin wrong with leeching. the house your living in right now, you didnt build it, somebody else did. leechers dont want to spend hours upon hours to level a pointless level, so what.

Leeching? Here's what I said on another Thread: When people start complaining too much that someone leeched until level 150 it is like they are missing the point of playing Maple story. Don't we just join Maple Story to care with our game-play, with our quests, with our training and with our friends? Seriously, they also complain that it is annoying when a guy who made it to level 150 in 1 week leeching starts to brag about it. But isn't it annoying too when a guy starts to brag about that he always trained and never leeched, then starts to call leechers losers because they can't stand training? Hmm, they also say that kids steal money from their relatives just to buy NX and leech after making mesos out of it. It is not true, they will spend with anything like NX clothes, smegas and stuff... But if they are not stealing, there is nothing wrong with it. People spend money with whatever they want, their money, their life. Why people don't complain when a guy uses all of his Nexon to buy Godly equips ? Because, if the person gets the godliest stuffs ever in MTS, this person will just make training around 10 times to 15 times faster due to high damage. So this person will probably skip some training spots and go straight to high level mobs. Why I don't see people complaingn about that: "Omg, you bought godly equips and you skipped some training areas, now you level so much faster, that is not fun man. You are missing the poiting of training dude." To everyone who don't like leech and thinks that it is not legit or honorable, just go to do something better. Because you don't understand that different people will like different things as you like, will think different, and will DO different. For God's sake, nobody needs to fit whatever you call common sense, so shut up . Happy Mapling~

Is it more fun playing a low leveled character with no new skills and weak damage or playing a high leveled character with all his skills maxed and do alot of damage. It's so boring at low levels since you can't fight any real bosses like pap, piaus, zak,ht or pb.
