Neither. Even if you become a strong Dexless NW, there are still areas the class can't cover where a Breaker prevails. xD

The NW doesn't have to be Dexless, it already gets extra AP and cooler skills. What more do you want? x3Renn said: "Thunder Breaker has combos."
