ok so i used an agent chaos scroll on my titanium receiver, after i used it, it still had the exact same stats :+2 luk and +2 dex, i have heard that chaos scrolls only do nothing if they fail, and the agent scroll is 100%, what happened?

the chaos scroll deceased my stats. it was 3/3/3/3, i used two and now its 8/0/8/0. weird
