A Laughing Matter?

Do people not care about having fun on MapleStory anymore? I keep seeing people saying they're bored but they "have to level up! Omg!". If they're bored, they should get off and do something else. Also, I was at Death Teddies today with a friend and someone came and said, "Lmao" and left. I whispered them and asked them what that was for, and he gave me suggestions on where to train. I already knew this, and said to him that I like to switch training places a lot for fun and so I don't get bored, even if they aren't the best places. He told me that fun wasn't important in Maplestory. WHAT THE HECK? HAHAHAHA. <<< Me laughing at him. Also, some people have dissed me when I said I'm going to max TS eventually because having a variety of skills is fun. The reason isn't only because they say it's useless, but when I say I want to do it to have fun... they laugh. o_o And a friend of mine told some people that she was making her own 3rd Job build instead of following a standard one. They laughed at her. Am I not allowed to have fun anymore without people dissing me and laughing at me? Seriously, what's wrong with people nowadays? o_O EDIT: I'm just saying that I think it is hilarious/weird how some people don't seem to have fun in this game yet still play it. And to the people saying that fun is different to everyone... -pokes the whole "fun isn't important" thing-

Well, sure there are certain builds u r sposed 2 use and stuff, but again, there is no eal way to play maplestory, you play for fun and if u enjoy it thats fine with u Ppl r @ssholes, try 2 ignore

I always play for fun. I make my own builds, depending on wat I think will be both fun, and good. For instance, I felt like getting more Puppet, since I think it rocks, and some Hawk, since I've always wanted a summon. Though I have 6 Strafe less than someone who did the regular Strafe build, which is 24% less damage than i could de doing. BUT, I got a lot of fun and the benefits of stun and divergence, so I'm happy. =)

Did you have fun writing all of this out? o.o Anyways, games were made for entertainment so you should just do whatever helps you enjoy the game to the fullest potential!
