Been searching FM every day, cant find one in Broa either. B>Ele Staff 3 in Broa. P.S. Avatar isn't my actual character so I dont have one.

Haven't found one at all in Windia, found Ele wand 7 and Ele wand 3, but no staff 3 or 7.
