Questions about Mesos from the Cash Shop

I have a few questions about the money pouches from the cash shop. In the options the 'Buy' option is faded out, why is this? I tried to click the 'Gift' option, and it said I had not enough Gamecard Points - can pouches only be bought with prepaid game cards? Also, How many mesos do the pouches give? summary, Q1 - Why is the 'buy' option on the pouches faded out? Q2 - Can you only purchase them with prepaid game cards? Q3 - How many mesos do they give? Thank you :3

You need to use card points to get Meso Bags. They give 1 million mesos. The first answer explains why the buy is faded out.
