What was that defaming NPC that also takes all your quest items? And also where is it located?

The rememberer does defame you and take your Bob the Snail shell as part of a quest once, and there's also a part in the Old Fox Area boss quest where there's a chance your Old Fox Tail gets taken from you(only if you walk back to Korean Folk Town and talk to the girl in a special map you get into then). That's all the quest item taking/defaming NPCs that I know.

The Rememberer is Sleepywood. He takes your Bob the Snail Shell away from you, and defames you.
