that their fat and ugly when they not? My friends ALWAYS try to find huge flaws in themselves. any suggestions to convince them other wise?

Don't give them a mirror, they always find more 'flaws'. Also, try reassuring them and stuff. If all else fails, just try to hide....

I have a friend like this. She goes on facebook and writes about how fat and ugly she is in her status. People respond telling her that she's beautiful, etc. Attention whoring.
