I just found out I can't lend my pets to my Cygnus character. This is all a ploy to force us to purchase more NX!

I actually think it's some stupid bug because Cygnus characters have a special "fancy" cash shop invetory which means it doesn't load the usual one that holds the items. But yeah, it sucks.

The Nexon explanation on Cygnus creation CLEARLY says it's only for other knights, which I think means you can make more than one Cygnus in each world...? o.O Dunno though EDIT: Ignore the above, I just re-read and it said it can't be shared with other characters, nothing about sharing with other knights >_<

Yes, you can make more than one Cygnus in each world. However, one adverturer can maximal have 1 Cygnus attached to it. So, you would need 2 20+ adventurers for 2 Cygnus knights.

so does that mean they dun share cash? (example: i redeem 10k nx into my account so does that mean they both can still use 10knx)
