| Holy crap. I have bitten my tongue long enough. I have read far too many threads bashing Nexon, and I just simply have to see if anyone actually agrees with me: SHUT UP. Have YOU been the C.E.O. of an international multi-million dollar corporation? Do YOU know what it takes to keep people employed in today's REAL economy? I mean, you all realize the primary goal of a company is to MAKE MONEY, right? That's why you're called the consumers. I can assure you all that the executives of Nexon right down to the nitty-gritty coders and programmers that work for Nexon are NOT EVIL. They were NOT spawned in the depths of hell nor do they in any way make it their sole mission in life to ruin your gaming experience. For Christ's sake people, the game is FREE! And I don't know about you people, but I have played a LOT of free mmo's, not only RPGs either, and most of them are CRAP. Maple is a blessing. I have not ONCE bought NX nor do I plan to any time soon, and yet I thrive as a level 91 bowman who doesn't struggle for funding. You know what else I love? People ONLY talk about the things they hate regarding Nexon. When Nexon reduced the experience curve, making leveling ridiculously easier, all I ever heard was: "Omg, it's temporary? SCREW YOU NEXON!" Never did one person say, "Holy crud! This is a great idea, thanks Nexon!" No one's ever thankful for the FREE 2x drop and experience provided via the family system, WHICH by the way people would have begged for back in the days of beta. No one's ever thankful for the events that reward new users with NX items or et cetera. It's always, "Oh what about the people who are already playing?" BOO. HOO. If you want the crap so badly, make a new character. You can't honestly tell me most of you haven't ever made a second character anyway, what's the harm in making a third? Besides, if it's on the same account you can just transfer the NX items over. Holy crap! A solution! No way! Seriously Basilers, I'm sorry. I really am. I just had to see what you all have to say about MY rant about the ranters. Bottom line: If you're displeased with Maple, STOP PLAYING. |
