Def up = 100% hit?

Just wondering if you can hit a monster during def up at any lvl/with any accuary? If so, can a low lvl char hit a high lvl mob like bone fish and get good exp? Ty.

When a mob buffs so you can only do 1 dmg with physical attacks.

If its the cancel weapon/magic attack then yes.

It seems like so, my fighter misses a lot in the Boss PQ, but when the bosses do "Cancel Weapon Attack," which is what I think you mean, I hit 100%.

I went to bone fish, pretty fast. Got 2% each fish and went from 26-30 in half an hour or so. Anyone know if there's a higher lvl mob that does this def up buff? No boss, a regular mob?
