So I am in GPQ right now with some very high lvl's... i a m the 30- noob haha. we are like half an hour in and i hve just been following...what the eff is going on and what rewards will i get out of thi? any exp?

You die, but you still get in the Bonus Room so long as you're alive when they enter, which is highly probable. You don't need to be in the same map either.
