Will KoC be stronger then normal ones?

| Well, I read somewhere that KoC classes will receive 1 extra AP point per level until level 70, will this make them stronger? I think it does. And also, which will be stronger? a level 80 Night Walker or a level 80 Hermit(both has same equips and are both dexless)? |
