i get 100 documents and when i talk to agent c he keeps taking 5 of them and giving me the old receiver. how do i turn them all in and get titanium one?

He gives you the titanium one after you give him 5 of them 20 times. 5x20 = 100. So, you should get it pretty soon.

You have to continue talking to him. Once all 100 are gone he'll give you the titanium one.

Happened to me too, i think i got mine around the 200th scroll i handed in, now im up to almost 1k scrolls and 7 titanium recievers
