Hard to say... I would probably say with the Maker skill and hammers, prices on equips should go down... especially pre-scrolled ones.

I heard the hammers will be 20k nx each... If this is true there probably wont be even a price drop/inflation.

well maker skill comes out same day so im trynna decide if i should buy after or before patch

The prices should go up, because they can scroll the pre-scrolled glove into a higher attack. I would say any glove that is 13+ will go up, but the ones lower than that will probably go down, because it wouldn't be worth the nx if even one of the scrolls failed. For the 13+ atk wg's, there would be a huge boost in price even if only one scroll works.
